A jungly schemed Mammoth Tank for GDI in Tiberian Fate. Larger mechs were going to be largely out of style for GDI, featured more as high-tech goodies from our versions of "Secret Labs," recovered during missions as moderately hidden salvaged equipment. The Mk2, if you teched up enough, was its full-production version though... expensive, but amazing and no longer a prototype.

As your "normal" top ground unit, however, there were the normal Mammoth Tanks. They had their guns, their missiles, their selfhealing, and were all-around badass... with plenty of range, too.

The only in-game image I have does not highlight any remapping and appears to be with the unit illumination set down a bit, sorry.

Note: A lot of people could not read the sentence right above this one, so here is another screenshot I managed to find. If you give me a screenshot with an IFV in the middle and the Mammoths around it, I would appreciate it.

Update: I found a "rounder" and "smaller" turret that also has barrels apart from the gun itself. I am not sure if they rotate right, but it should be an easy fix if there is a problem.

Wow, Chronojam Surprised
By the looks of it the chinese were taking over the voxelling industry, but these awesome voxels will enable us to compete with foreign goods again #Tongue
This one in particular is awesome, I say spotlight worthy
(lol, like every other mammoth voxel Laughing)

It's nice, but needs more remap, just so it's a bit more obvious who it belongs to.

You lot scream spotlight at anything. It's good, but it's not spotlight material. Details like the missile pods could be improved upon, a LOT and as mentioned above the re-map is difficult to see in-game.

Lol it looks kinda flat...
EDIT: It might look nicer if you make the tanker look longer...

If it is in Red Alert would it not just be a mammoth tank seeing how the mammoth tank originated in Red Alert and died out in RA2.

Time wise, RA1 was before TD :p But remember, RA2 was kinda in another universe, a parrelle one if you please.. In which it was called the Apoc tank :p Anyways, on topic, I think it looks pretty good, though the remap in my opinion looks a little dark..

That seems way too flat and wide. Looks like it was stepped on.

CJ, I suppose after watching Mammoths die and get rebuilt over 9000 times in APB...you would've made the turret more slope-y and not flat #Tongue The barrels look fine, though.

Guys, the voxels are four years old and from his mod, Tiberian Fate.

The flatness is something that is only pronounced in the voxel-viewer shot, and personally, if it was made it a bit less wide, would be perfect.]

But that's just me.

Needs major improvements, namely in the turret and body, the coloring could be drastically improved, and the detail is lacking...

Hey guys. I do appreciate the feedback, but like I've been saying and as Eva-251 pointed out, most of these are from 2004/2005 and there is little interest on my part to go back and make changes. If you wish to modify any for use in your mod, or even use them straight as-is, please do let me know however. I want these to have a good home.

Myself? I've stopped modding RA2, and focus solely on W3d; sorry. I may have old artmd.ini entries available somewhere if you really, really need them.

However, let me point out that several of the screenshots and OSVV shots may not represent how the voxels would look if you dropped them right into RA2. For example with the Mammoth in OSVV: Yes it is purposely low-profile or "flat" but as depicted in-game, you can see the hatch on top quite easily.

I notice that only two of you have actually downloaded it, and probably did not read what I've been saying so far because you love PNGs more than txt/vxl. So let's say this again. Many screenshots may be out of date, and might have "purple pixels" that were fixed or normals adjusted. To make the bright RA2 setting gloomier, unit illumination was cut down and this is evident in many shots. I will try to post newer images if I find them, but don't count on it... and unfortunately those newer images might be newer than the voxels Sad If YOU can get me an in-game shot (just rename the voxels to match an MCV?) I would appreciate it.

This goes for pretty much everything I am posting.

That said, here is a clip I found of the Mammoth (with bonus stealth tank) alongside the earlier image of the Mammoth I posted.

Sorry for the doublepost, but I have just attached an alternate turret/barrel setup instead of the current "flat" turret to the first post. It looks a bit more round.
