So I assume you are changing the helghast color scheme from greys to deep browns. I do have to admit that it fits them.

As for the hover vehicles being taken out, I kind of doubt that it is because of the stormy environment. I think that was a tiberian sun exclusive. If that were so then the helghast wouldn't be able to field any of their aerial vehicles. I kind of figured that it was because the landscape of vecta was much more open ground and flat paved ground where hovering vehicles would have an advantage whereas halgan's surface is much more rugged where tracked vehicles would be needed.

Either way They didn't have too many hovering vehicles, of which could just be replaced by tracked counterparts.

well, the only vehicle from KZ1 from the helghat that will not be in the game, is the hover tank. i prefer the hover tank in KZ Liberation over the hover tank in KZ1. but other than that, i think i'll include all the units just to keep everyone happy. plus i need as much units to fill the roster as possible #Tongue. anyone else have any other suggestions for added infantry maybe? i believe the vehicle situation has been resolved Smile

Dogs maybe? ISA needs a long-range infantry to counter the sniper.

i was thinking of the dogs, they sound fun, plus the logic is already ingame, so why not? and i agree that they need a counter sniper. i just dont know what yet

They could have shadow marshals or half breed helghast that perform similar to spies. Just taking ideas from the first game. I mean the shadow marshals already had thermal goggles in the game, which would be perfect for spotting snipers. And you could technically make them cloaked so they could get within the sniper's range without getting shot, but I do see problems with balancing them. They could have a very short range smg or even just a knife.

Although the helghast already have more infantry than the ISA, as a counter to the ISA tactician who has the ability to call in an aerial bombardment you could have the bounty hunter who had the ability to call in artillery. It had a laser and everything.

Although I know that you are adding your own vehicles, considering the overall lack of vehicles in the killzone universe the game could make up for it with having a diverse amount of infantry, of which I think Killzone was more about. Whereas infantry are the backbone of the fighting force and mechanized infantry are primarily there for support.
And not that you need to stick completely to the games but didn't the helghast have dogs?

yeah the higs had dogs, and they will be in here, the exo suit will definately be an ISA infantry, counter balances the heavy trooper, i like the Helghast Bounty hunter, that's a nice idea, i was needing a character to issue a bot. and as for the counter sniper to ISA, that shadow marshal is perfect, it can be strictly Melee, so it will act like a dog, one hit kill too, i think it's perfect tbh though, if you have a group of snipers he/she's dead like instantly after one kill, but still it's a good thought. more ideas anyone?

Machinegunner.
From what I see of Killzone it's an epic scale Full-on warfare FPS set in the future. They need LMGs/HMGs, maybe deployable?

And mortars, everybody loves mortars #Tongue

In the campaign they have gigantic mortars which are structures rather than handheld ones. Possible base defense?

yes definitely a possibility as a helghast base defense, i'll have to refer to KZ1 for the ISA weaponry they used to fend off the helghast invaders at their strongholds, but other than that, gigantic mortar weapons are a definate go

They aren't british, they don't win enough and they are too blunt. We set europe aflame from inside, they'd just slash and burn it.

Perhaps you could include saboteurs in this mod, working off the spy logic?

that could be useful... as for the actual C4 function, if i do have them use it, i would make it so the C4 takes more than one detonation per building, maybe even 3 for larger ones, like the conyard for example. dunno, any other suggestions?

It can be done probably by setting some weapon with range=1 and just anti-building, but you will lose that effect of infantry running into building and blowing it from inside.

Crazy Ivan bombs don't kill buildings in one shot. They take 2, 3, sometimes 4.

Xbox has better games and most of them look nice, heck it has the ability to out do ps3 in graphics, it just hasn't been done yet. But yes the ps3 has really great graphics.

The voxel's look nice dude.

It's a common known fact that the 360 CANNOT handle killzone 2 (which only uses 60% of the PS3's graphical capability).

Ontopic: When this takes off and starts to take shape I would like to offer myself as a mapper, I don't suppose you've thought that far ahead but bear that in mind Smile

Also sane, I'm guessing you have a PSN account fancy swapping details and getting a few games in sometime?

Nicknamed ‘the bull’, the Helghast AAPC is well respected because of the relatively heavy firepower it fields in its linked turret and passenger LARs. Its front armor is quite heavy and perfect for ramming through obstructions or minesweeping. With its top mounted light machine gun, it is the ideal vessel for ensuring the safe arrival of the six Helghast warriors within.

Maybe thats why it will sometimes says disc unreadable when playing fallout 3 even tho the disc is fine. i like xbox its fun and has a better controller(to me anyway its more Ergonomic-on). Besides all that, Its cheap lol. Razz Halo 1 Kicks ass the rest(2,3) are just story completions.

Well back on-topic, nice voxel dude!
