Subject description: Scrapped Twisted Insurrection Building.

As the title says, I created this for Twisted Insurrection, but decided not to use it in the end.
The building was intent to be a capturable civilian power plant, but I'm not bothered what you decide to do with it so long as you give me proper credit.

Comes with damage frame and shadow frames and Rules & Art code.
There is a Readme in the download, be sure to read it.

Hm.. the barrels at the front seem to be lacking shadow... and overall, its shadow seems to be too small for TS.

Still, nice building.

You created this? Wow. I'm impressed. Did you make it entirely in Photoshop/SHP editor, or did you have a 3D model as the base?

I wouldn't be so sure about that, Nyer. Blocks such as the Archer's Asylum and Projects have tiny shadows.

I made it from scratch in Cinema4D and touched it up in Photoshop such as removing anti-aliased edges and making the damage frame.

Spotlighted

Even if not perfect it's a very good model which works very well ingame too.

Some things which could be improved are
-the shadow on the barrels (as Nyerguds has mentioned)
-the roof texture and detail could be a tad higher (e.g. giving the small quadratic flat area a different texture than the angular roof)
-some nice anims would be great (e.g. smoke, interior lights, steam from the broken pipes etc)
-the barrels more messy arranged in the damage frame

another tip
For such simple models (no anims, just one shp) you should consider rendering it from all 4 main directions and release 4 SHPs of it. This is an easy and fast way to get 4 different SHPs out of one 3d-model. Though then you have to make the damage frame in 3d too.

Good idea. I'll have to try it in the future. I'm still quite happy that I've only been modeling for about a week and I've already made something that got spotlighted. Definitely have to make some more models.

I'm quite happy to believe that one can learn such in a week. I learned to voxel in a month.
Yeah, good that it's spotlighted - however I would add more stuff to the SE side.
