The GDI Orca Fighter from October 2004, another Tiberian Fate asset. This one has a bit more of a jungly camo (looks far less pronounced in-game), and somewhere there is a version that is just straight GDI tan. If I find it, I will attach it in this thread.

I do not have RA2/YR installed. If there are any problems, I am not fixing them, because I do not mod RA2 anymore. Comments are still welcome and might help anybody who decides to use this.

Nice.

So, Tiberian Fate was like a remake of TS on RA2/YR, with more stuff added and original stuff changed?

Sort of. It was more along the lines of allowing Nod to win at the end of Tiberian Sun, and showing what happened from there. In a way it was a lot like C&C3, but minus 20 years for GDI to clean up the place and get newer technology. GDI was forced to play catch-up and use guerilla warfare.

More tiberium wildlife and ecology was to play a part, like buildings/structures that a vein-hole like monster moved into. The traditional veinholes themselves, Nod had capped off with on-location refineries (you could capture them as tech buildings). GDI had some neat weaponry like viral snipers to berzerk or shut down high-tech units and cyborgs, and they had one tiberium-proof sabotage/infiltration unit that actually used a quirk of the engine to allow it to "turn off" harvesters until they were manually restarted-- so unless you were watching your economy operations, it could be devastating since you never thought to rebuild the "lost" harvester.

That actually sounds rather interesting. A shame it was never completed.

All of these assets you've been releasing are wonderful, though. Thank you for posting them.

Nice, those were some cool ideas man, and your voxel work is great. No wonder APB is so good! Very Happy
