Kane edition patching

a few days ago i just bought Kane Edition (2nd Hand) and when i tryed patching it none of the Patches I downloaded work
so i tryed looking for Kane edition patches (i assumed the Cnc3 ones should work which they didn't)

and the only one i can Find is the German Verson

so. does anyone Know any Links to the English 1.7- higher Patches?

if anyone have patched the Kane edition with the Orginal Cnc3 patches the error i got is

-link of the file- cnc3_patch107_english.exe Is not Valid Win32 application

also for that iam useing vista basic,

just click on chech for updates in the KE launcher.

tryed it says Patch can't be updated/can't connet to somthing or other

i could try again =/ but atm my internet seems to be going hellva slow and shit so iam screwed atm

EDIT: it says Patch download have failed

i been there during my search in trying to patch it it only have the german one and sadly i cannot speak or read german ¬_¬ anywho imma give the autorun auto update another go if that doesn't work i copy and paste the game and run the German one and see if there anything i can do to make it English

There are no Kane Edition patches. There is no such thing. The regular patches work with any version of Tiberium Wars whether it is vanilla or Kane Edition.

The only reason Germany has a Kane Edition patch is because of their stupid anti-violence-in-video-games laws. IIRC the Kane Edition in Germany is uncensored, but the regular version is, which means (due to the way EA coded the game) they have to make 2 different German patches; one for vanilla, one for KE.

This is the patch you need

1.09 is the most recent. Don't bother with 1.07.

oh.. then how come i got a few other patches for it and they all don't work o_0.. might just be my pc i try downloading that file if that don't work. i resort to useing the interent at college to download it put it on my pen and make it work
