Vertical Animations
Hello, i've been modding for quite a while so i know a good amount, but this i just cant seem to figure out...
i want to make a weapon with a debris like a meteor that comes straight down from the top of the screen every time, instead of random like a meteor
looking through the art.ini, i found some things on the meteor entry that i think might be what i'm looking for, but there is no entry for them up top to explain what they are or how to use them
MaxXYVel is the speed at which a debris flies to the side
MinZVel is the speed at which the debris starts when it is spawned.
Due to the special meteor logic, these 2 are used a bit different. MinZVel is afaik the speed at which the meteor falls down and MaxXYVel should set here the diagonal flight path in the way, that it says the maximum random radius starting point in mid-air measured from the impact point.
So i think all you have to do is set MaxXYVel=0.1 (0 could cause an IE due to div/0 error but i'm not sure) _________________ SHP Artist of Twisted Insurrection: Nod buildings
