GDI power plant.



Obsolete:GDI power plant.Left alone it has only one boost unit.This "boost unit" makes generator rotate and is the main "fuel" of this power plant type.With three boost units it achieves its production limit,it rotates faster and gives more energy.As you can see it is extremly vulnerable and fragile on the field.



This is Nod power plant.Nod now use CABAL technology to design their machinery.CABAL computer system measures and analyzes the best way the parts of the machine will fit,so in some way it works like a "God" creating new mechanical "life".Quite strong building.



Apartment building.

It's quite different fron the usual Nod-style. It's like "Oh wtf!? That's a powerplant? I running away from the turret!"

It does look like a turret, and the protruding tubes add some sinister feeling to it.

Super Weapon, Turret, EMP Cannon but doesn't look much like a power plant, its still cool though.

It is not a cannon,it cant rotate,it only can move up and down.If you dont like it that way make your own,that doesnt look like a turret.

Thanks,yep Nod use CABAL2 to create stuff ,now they are half CABAL.

Update.There will be old structures left behind from the second tiberium war.This is old GDI power plant,that basically serves civilians now.But it does not give as much power as it gave when it was just build.

I love those. The style is great. overly futuristic, but we just don't see those often (the only other mod I remember to use that is Derelict Soil).

I have hard time imagining Westwoody GDI would design something so futuristic and fragile looking as they take pride in tried & true appliances while Nod indeed pushes the edge but creative stuff either way, keep it up. Wink

Actually, my opinion about that first powerplant is that the whole image looks very futuristic though it's part, the center tower shaped part looks kinda old and reminds me a machine that showing over in 'doctor who' broadcasted in Grayscale.

They all look pretty incredible. The Nod power plant definately looks insidious, like its got needles and syringes sticking out of it. With the GDI power plant I agree with Apollo, though I can imagine it having some kind of more advanced firestorm forcefield around it.

The TS designed PP has gotten old now though, so I wont comment on that.

Thats almost the same soil found in all of the renders. I think its a tad too noisy for an ingame. Make the cracks smaller and you'll be on to something great.
