It makes no sense to even do this unless you plan on playing with your changes yourself. Me I like to create stuff and play with other people, cause the fun levels rise to the occation, What fun is it playing by yourself?
Everytime I add or change the ini files my game is not playable online. Is there a fix to this or no?

The files you edited need to be sent to the other players before you are compatible with each other.

I already figured that but seems more trouble than its worth, especially for those who woudnt know how to place the files correctly..Oh well I'll just keep having fun modding units and stuff that are already present in the ini's

The obvious reason why you can't play online is because xwis reads it as a different version of the game, its also to prevent cheating obviously.

If your only doing rules changes, paste them in a map you made.
