So Ive got loads of free time & wanted to make a contribution to the modding community and improve my skills.
Im going to make a mod on how I would have liked RA3 to be, Balance, Game speed & so on.
If anyone has any suggestions to what they would like to see post and I shall give some feedback on if & how I will include it.
1 more thing on my list is to change certain graphics and animations like firing animations and such.

Will Update this post Daily dependent on responses.

Here's the list of My Current Changes will update when I deem Enough new changes have been made

General/Global Changes

- Added 5 New Colors Which include, Grey, Dark Purple, Dark Blue, Light Green & Pink
- Decreased All MCV's HP From 5000 > 2500 When Unpacked
- Equalized all MCV Speeds with Empires MCV land speed Lowered from 50 > 40 & Water speed Increased to 50 On Empires MCV

Allied Changes

- Allied Outpost has a reduced unpack time reduced from 30 > 18
- Allied Outpost has spawns a repair drone when deployed
- Allied Outpost Has increased HP for Tech 2 It increases by 50% & Tech 3 Increases HP by 75%
- Guardian Tanks Cost dropped from 950 > 850, Small Speed increase from 80.0 > 85.0, Range Increase from 150 > 170,
Increased Secondary Target Painters range from 300 > 350
- Changed Mirage Tanks HP from 500 > 580, Changed Mirage tanks attack range from 125 > 160
- IFV Javelin Mode Has range increase from 150 > 170 & Damage Increase from 10 > 18
- Increased Dogs HP from 30 > 38
- Riptide ACV Range Increased from 150 > 165 Changed to Outrange Flak Trooper
- Reduced Cost Of Allied Tech lab from 1500 > 1200 & Reduced Energy consumption from 75 > 25 build time is now 10 seconds
- Reducded Cryo Copters HP from 750 > 650, Also Reduced price from 1600 > 1400
- Increased Time Bomb Level 1,2 HP so that they can't be used in the combo with the Surgical Strike
- Apollo Fighters HP has been increased from 250 > 290


Soviet Changes

- Changed Both Hammer Tank & Apocalypse Tanks Leech beam & Harpoon Color from Green to Dark Red
- Hammer Tanks leech beam has slightly reduced damage from 20.0 > 17.0
- Tesla Trooper now has its Animation delay removed
- Tesla Coil has reduced HP from 2000 > 1700
- Flak Trooper Special Magnetic Bomb damaged reduced from 200 > 170
- MiG Has increased HP from 200 > 240
- Added the Tesla Tank to soviet arsenal
- Hammer tank can leech the Soviets tesla tank weapon


Empire Changes

- Empire Barracks has had cost increase from 500 > 700
- Empire War Factory has had cost decrease from 2000 > 1800
- Shogun Battle Ship has decreased speed Reduced From 70 > 60
- Jet Tengu has increased HP from 350 > 370

2)Didn't they already have pink? Add Black

Seems like a bit to much how about 25% and 50% and how about the allied MCV?

Guardian is fine it already kicks enough ass. you just made it spamable. Range increase is fine though

1) yeah the guardian tank uber-buff made that pretty obvious
2) pink was in the beta but has been deleted it made a return in uprising though
3) -
4)making it easier for them to tengu/VX spam seems pretty obvious to me

Proposed bug fixes:
Sea-Wing bug
Where it becomes invurnable while doing nothing when surfaced

Allies/Soviet airfield bug
Pretty obvious

Allied prospector bug
Pretty obvious too

Javelin, mig and striker (though I never saw it happen) bug
Where they stop firering when their target is at low health

Proposed balance changes:
Sickle price decreased or damage buff
Tengu price increased
hammer tank leach beam range decrease so it doesnt outrange turrets
paradroping should go slower right now its uber-fast

Thanks for the comments but you have let me explain?
This is the ALPHA ALPHA!!!!!
I didn't equalize the changes I just made them as to what I read from pro's & from what I found easyest.

Thanks for the feedback most appreciated Smile I will keep it close when thinking about new changes

The Time bomb combo is OP & is changed in patch 1.11 By EA anyhow

Mirage tank range needed increase to have a better chance vs Apoc

Im not pro Allies I just made them changes first

Black prevents the Build Area from showing up for some reason and the line that shows whats using the Heighten Clearance upgrades & Such

MCV's speed drop is so you can't run over the enemy that's absolute bullshit

The Drop in HP is when they unpack so Turret pushing is nerfed as its currently pathetically over powered.

The Sputnik will receive the drones some time soon

Ive buffed the guardian slightly it was bad before trying to make allies favor both AIR & Ground build orders.

Mirage HP Buff was required it got raped by Hammer tanks

Tesla Tank costs 1800 Requires Battle Lab & Has Some changes to its weapon

The Tengu I know a weird change I was just trying something, Most probably will return to normal.

The War factory decrease was to compensate for the Barracks have a slightly higher cost, it all works out the same just it costs more upfront

could say the same about mag sat/mag sig combo too then any plans on nerfing them too?

Shrink them, bomb them, freeze them do whatever you like but mirages shouldn't stand a chance vs apocs it's fine right now

Then just make them unable to crush. and really if your units are getting crushed by MCVs then you need to l2p right now even peacekeepers outrun the thing Rolling Eyes

turret push is used early in game as allies and even if you do see it comming there is no way you can get enough forces to destroy it even with that HP nerf.

Allies aren't ment to be the ground faction but I can understand you buff the guardian slightly but those changes you are planning will make it spamable

Then make hammers more vurnerable to spectrum shots. T2 land units aren't ment to go up vs spectrum towers anyway

Consider the Mirage tanks are stealth units and aren't supose to be able to go "toe-toe" so to speak with the king oni and apoc.
make the mirage so that units directly hit by its beam are damaged highly or destroyed without making it an anti structure unit.

I think the tesla tanks should work like allied mirage tanks, but in a different format.
Instead of spreading extra damage to nearby props, have damage and ROF Amplify from one Tesla tank by other ones or coils, maybe even tesla troopers same effect with tesla troopers too, that would be an even buff, the idea behind it is based on the spike found on the back of the units
tesla tanks should have 50% more current armour with weakness to bullets and deal half damage less per bolt at a cost of 1800.

Have you tried impure black aka, G:0R:0B:1,G:1R:0B:0,G:0R:1B:0?

You may not be pro allies but you need to consider your actions when changing the allies properties, you can effect the balance of the game to the allies favour indirectly.
