As you see, Project: NTA has forums here, now (although they also have one in arm-ent). P:NTA is a Tiberian Sun project that the mod happens before the 2nd Tiberian War, but not in Earth. It's in the original Tiberium planet.

You can already download the version 1.3 (which is kicking ass) at Tiberium Studios.

And also, all links and other stuff about it will be added to PPM site soon. I just can't figure out where is its original site as Cole moved it a lot recently...

Note: Before anyone complains, PPM is not stealing projects from anyone. Cole asked for a forum for his own free will, we did not promised any miracles, neither asked him in any moment to remove his forums from arm-ent. He asked for a forum here because he was insatisfied that his forum there was a subforum.
