Creepy Canyon: Long before Tiberium made it's appearance in this area, Globotech constantly used the highway inbetween the canyon to transport much needed supplies to civilian towns around the area. Once the land around the canyon became infested with Tiberium, the civilians that lived in a nearby village and the popular truck stop fled, leaving everything behind. The old village has been cleared out, leaving room for future construction once the area has been cleared from the Tiberium Infestation.

Runing out of adjectives?

And those player locations are just too darn close.

Don't comment on my grammar if you can't spell yourself. Wink

And I think it makes things more interesting. No ground unit other than the Mole Artillery has a range that can shoot across the canyon... Unless the bridge is repaired.

I like the closeness actually since it is another aspect of base building you have to consider entirely unique to other maps.

Also when you go to invade you have to make a decision in regards to sending your army to travel 2 lengths of the map and risk your opponent reparing the bridge and invading your poorly defended base or do you perform a more frontal assualt over the bridge, do you take into consideration of the potential loss of units if the bridge was destroyed with half of your army on it.

I like it, it is the apitamy of well thought out strategic challenges and solutions by which this game was designed.

Very cool design, although the name is a bit...meh, perhaps an area name rather than creepy? (that way you can make it up Very Happy)

Nice work, I'll have to role a new one out soon Wink

The original name was Convoy Canyon, it was a single-player map in TI's early days, I wanted to keep both words in the name starting with the same letter, Creepy Canyon was all I could think of. #Tongue Any of the long term TI members should remember this map, I'd be surprised if some of the fans did.

I just though I remembered the map. I'm probably thinking of a look-alike map found on Tiberiumweb.com

I already thought it resembled a SP map you made earlier #Tongue It looks like one of the FS maps, where you can have a short route by repairing a bridge, or take a long rout along the island. I like!

Yes, VEF should recognize it as he's played TI's old campaign before.

You do at first, then after a little while you think it looks far better (which I do now)

Humans tend to grow liking anything if you have a long enough timespan.

I still think this one's a little blurry, or too clean, with not much variety.

As apposed to Crimsoniums who are mildly disgruntled at everything! Twisted Evil

*jking* #Tongue

I think it looks abit like blue pavement thats all, WW's had more detail and was just generally more interesting
It's a small point I know, but abit of feedback for ya Smile

Creepy Canyon would only sound serious if it was full of tiberium creep, or whatever that was.

I suppose Aro (not mentioning DiaB!) wouldn't like if I started another name debate Razz

aro wanted to keep the alliteration in the name...and he has done...if he can find another 'c' word that fits...then i suppose he'll be all willing to change it. As long as it isnt something like cat canyon...

The next comment about the maps name will be deleted. So stop it.
