If you are unhappy with the existing programs to manage .BIG files, you can try a new one called BIG Manager 0.5.5, made by IcySon55. The program allows you to create and extract .BIG files with Refpack compression.






It requires the .NET Framework 3.5 to run and the source code is not available.

You can grab it at Derelict Studios while Icyson is happy and check them for continuous support. Enjoy it!
