I think Driver 2 is a big leap from Driver 1.You can get out of your vehicle to jack another one,see silly glitches,drive many kinds of vehicles(e.g ambulance,firetruck,limo) and also drive four of the game's secret vehicles(have you tried driving the big blue semi in Rio?)

Also to add to my favorite console(PSX) games list,

Steel Reign(has shit loads of tanks you can drive to bomb the living shit out of the enemy.I'm currently working on yet another tank from the game.Its called the Copperhead(when its finished,don't be surprised that it resembles a well known tank we all know off...))

Yeah it was better then GTA TBH. One thing I like about the game is the survival mode(OMG!!A BUNCH OF PSYCHOTIC 5-0s ARE THRASHING ME!!!)
