Your dream ride?
Subject description: What would you be driving when you get a driver's license...
I know not many(or many) of us drive a car, either cuz we're still kids or don't have plans to own a car/truck/bike yet.But what would you like to drive when you could? _________________ The future belongs to The Forgotten!
Maybe being in a black sporty BMW together with a sexy chick, both in black leather clothing and blue jeans, driving somewhere in the middle of nowhere and having fun at the top speed of the car?
That's it,but I don't get the point of the thread. QUICK_EDIT
Chrysler Fifth Avenue, oh wait, I already drive one. _________________ Comcast: Yo dawg we herd yo were downloading, so we put fail in yo modem so yo cant download while yo failin! QUICK_EDIT
I would drive anything that is cheap and good lookin such as a (don't laugh) Kia Cerato,Proton Saga(the old one;the new one is too small and not sporty(except for the BLM version)),Chery T11,Predua(did I spell that right?)Kembara, the old Mini Cooper.
But if I'm thinking 'bout big rigs, then my choices would be Mitsubishi Storm,Mitsubishi Triton,Toyota Hilux,Chevy Colorado(they're sold in Malaysia),possibly any truck that I can buy in this region of the world.Sadly though trucks are used as commercial vehicles in Singapore (except for the Ssangyong Musso and its not even that big...)Oh and not to forget the Hummer H3 which is sold here too, though in small numbers.
If I could I would love to drive a '71 Chevy Camaro or a Buick GSX or a Chevy El Camino(damn it Singapore roads don't like muscle cars! ) _________________ The future belongs to The Forgotten!
Who could resist da old Mini? The old Mini Cooper has the purpose of being a cheap town car.Having the new Minis costing at $100 000+ (I'm not sure how much the new Minis cost) obviously beats the car's original purpose _________________ The future belongs to The Forgotten!

Remade OT-64/SKOT with fussion generator engine?
I drive only (red) Chevrolet Aveo (made in South Korea), several times per year.
@Destiny: I would recommend you F-35 (VTOL), JAS-39 Gripen - you would need just some flat green field or MiG-35 - you would need 65 meters of concrete (or German quality road) to take off.
@Aro: Could I take a seat? _________________

Though when I get a good job going, I'm gonna upgrade to a 2004-2007 GMC Sierra, and hopefully, one of the new Dodge Challengers... with the 6.1L Hemi V8 of course. QUICK_EDIT

I want a vehicle where tall persons can fit in without much trouble
As for names, designs etc: I dunno. I ain't such a car expert. My idea is to own a motorcycle instead of a car in the future... QUICK_EDIT

That Ru PVO looks cool
it's really similar to US MRAP.
I meant this one (just modernized):
Driving TATRAPAN would be also cool
or this one
Sad I have to stick with Aveo, on the other hand it festers 10l/100 without air-conditioning turned on, so it's similar to these... _________________

Whoa!Never seen that beast before. It looks much more kickass compared to a Hummer(H1,H2,H3) IMO. _________________ The future belongs to The Forgotten!
lol! It would be nice, however, if that could be driven. In that first pic,was that taken when it raced against the Toyota F1 car? _________________ The future belongs to The Forgotten!
Only played FO2 to the first truly locked (which you can't pick open) door in the temple, while I couldn't figure out how to open it. _________________
Ford Nucleon, its was a real concept from the 50's. I knew about this before I knew about Fallout. _________________ Comcast: Yo dawg we herd yo were downloading, so we put fail in yo modem so yo cant download while yo failin! QUICK_EDIT

How did I know you'd post that. If not for me, you wouldn't even know it exists.
Poser.
Do I look like I care? I'm not a poser for liking it or posting it. It's a bad-ass piece of machinery and you know it. Which is why you showed me. _________________

If you look at the tires they aren't a single tire but several small tires, like bicycle tires so if one pops you still have the other 5 with 24 tires in total _________________ With sadness in my heart and joy in my mind QUICK_EDIT
This is not my dream ride, but this is my first car, a fully restored 1986 toyota st162. It took around 8 months of work - most of the time spent on the mechanics and body work. When we first got it, it was junk, it couldn't even start, and it sounded and looked crap.
My next project will be a supra hopefully - I don't seem to mind the old toyota sportcar series, call me ricer any day of the week, but this thing yells "80s" and uniqueness, and I am seeing fewer of them on the road. Also I learnt alot about cars and graduated from full-time computer geek to part-time computer geek and part-time mechanic / spray-painter.

Damn... Maybe a Mitsubishi Fuso semi or a Scania would be mah closets bets... But owning a truck of your own is waaaaaaaaaaaay better than owning an exotic car _________________ The future belongs to The Forgotten!
they need more of it. A lot more. Anyways, mack semi makes you look like you're gonna pick up and murder some hookers, veyron makes you look like girls will chase after you screaming, Austin Powers style. _________________ Yes, work on MV continues. It is not forgotten. QUICK_EDIT
I've seen many pictures of modified rigs and saw that most American trucks are hotrods while European trucks are bigger versions of well known tuner cars.
Also trucks are more durable than cars. _________________ The future belongs to The Forgotten!
