Sorry to use an old chat to send you this, but you are the only moderator I know of (yes, narrow-minded I admit). But I know you guys work as a team and hope you can bump this up to whoever has to deal with it.
My concern is a member called iloo and his mod. Not only has he deleted my comments, all of which abided by the rules. Including this:

There is a thing called intellectual property, the units you took from robot storm and put in this mod are the intellectual property of the people who made thwm. Just saying Credits:Some person isn't enough. You actually have to ask them and get permission to use their voxels.
You've broken these rules, iloo. You stole and ripped, and now for the price."
But he also has ripped assets (name and all) from other mods. The 2.5d C&C community is a close-knit one, we may have our national divides (English speaking/chinese mostly) but even those have been bridged. We all watch each other's backs, and this one is a repeat offender. You may have heard of a mod known as robot storm (theu have a profile here). He is responsible for a ripped and edited version he distributed under the name of "RS 1.99.5" after getting bored of waiting for RS2.00. This was distributed without permission. His latest mod (http://www.moddb.com/mods/commandconquer-yuris-wrath/) has content from robot storm in it under the image section (I haven't checked downloads, this stuff distgusts me, to see people's work so callously stolen). Could you please initiate some sort of ban or removal of the mod and/or it's author?

Well I wasted some of my free time, and left my two cents there. I wonder why people get so stupid...
Anyways, after learning about his age (17), I must really say I'm quite troubled, I was thinking he would be around 12, at most. A behavior like that shouldn't be present on someone who's almost an adult. I guess, I can hope he lied about it.

iLoo had it coming.
He got blacklisted and repeatedly banned, and still wouldn't throw in the towel.
This serves as an example, that where the moderators can't reach, the modders still can.
iLoo has said that he has quit modding, and if that's true then the modding community just defeated one of the more resilient unpersons, and generated easy lols in the process.
I hope now that "cannot make SHP thankyou my Folks not big with photosheep" will be a thing of the past. QUICK_EDIT
