I have resently wanted the soviet AI to build the Nuclear Reactor neddles to say this sound prety n00bish but i have tried everything

as you can see in the code i added AIBuildThis=yes
and added NANRCT to Prerequisite in Generals and also added BuildPower=NANRCT to the AI Controls Sections and still Ai does not build it any ideas how Sad

Strange because "AIBuildThis=yes" instructs the AI to build at least one instance of this.

AI will only build it when it needs a large amount of power and has the correct prerequisites. As this is at TechCenter level, the AI mostly has enough power with the small Tesla Reactors. It also requires a lot of space, which is something the AI doesn't always have. I suggest killing many of his power plants when he has a Tech Center and see what happens Wink

Also you can increase the PowerSurplus tag so the AI will want to have this amount of additional power. If its increased above what a Tesla Reactor supplies they might go for a Nuke Reactor.

Still, it will fill the power requirements with Tesla Reactors as long as it can't build the Nuclear Reactor.

Obviously. Theres no reason why it should build it "illegally" IMO. Plus its not necessarily an advantage even having the Nuke Reactor...
