Problem with vxl/hva sections ...

how can i set le last right leg in front of the body????

the sections are:

-Body index 0
-LegRF index 1
-LegRM index 2
-LegRR index 3 .... that looks wrong
-LegLF index 4
-LegLM index 5
-LegLR index 6

edit:

in other facings all legs look wrong Sad

I'm not sure, but i think it has to do with the order of the sections.

You could take a look on my Hexapod.

Maybe it helps you to find the problem. I created this with 3ds2vxl so i don't know the solution.

hmm the order of the sections in your hexapod are most the same ...

-leg 0
-head 1
-body 2
-lag 3
...
...

the legs are after the body .. exept of one ... so i dont think its on the index number

Then it's most probably the header of each section. Maybe they need a certain size, dimension, position or offset.

hmm i cant find any different exept of the value in the second unknowen field but i chaged it with no results ....

i think all the parts have to be listed before the body for it to work correctly. Not sure, but for example, the hmeec has all its body parts listed before the body too, so im guessing thats the right sequence

thanks but still dosent work Sad ... the only thing i may chage is the index number but that has no effect ... then i tryed to make an new vxl and import the sections in different order (body as last) but now only other legs stays behind it IG. .. i think there must be somthing in the hva but i dont know what...

yeah, i myself think something funny is wrong with the hva builder, for example my propbomber with 6 rotors, for some unknown reason it wouldnt keep the rotor placement when used ingame, but open the file back up with hva builder and they are all correct, I had to delete the hva files and redo them like 20 frickin times before it actually kept the placement, so it very well could be the hva builder that is the problem, not your set up.
