Actually, that red scheme isn't ugly at all, probably because it's so unusual that it doesn't feel like a cheap imitation of color schemes associated with the default sides. QUICK_EDIT
my thoughts about the story was more like:
allied and soviets destroid the moust of the world in his fraky war and the small amount of people whos survived it trys to make this undone... it takes like 500years to rebuild einsteins time mashine. and now they bring a high tech army back to the time before the apocalypse to prevent it QUICK_EDIT
in this case the tank looks quite low tech for such a high tech timetraveling faction.

even if 500 years seems a bit long, you could say that it took mankind that long to come back to a techlevel close to the one before the war. So it explains a quite similar technology but a different design.
btw, how about something like this: (i think it would fit well to your tank)

i really dislike the allied blue on the voxels... IMO it doesnt look good, but it could just be the green remap that makes it look... well... wierd. but i think it'd look better maybe soviet schemed, or gold... just something other than blue QUICK_EDIT
well that yellow definately looks better than the blue, and it flows with the colors a bit more. i would suggest the remap color for that house be orange, it'd reflect the colors the best IMO. nice job i really like these units QUICK_EDIT

since they are able to travel in time, you should concentrate on Chrono tech weapons like the chrono legionnaire, chrono prison etc.
maybe let the weapon explosions of advanced units look like the blue orbs animation of the chronosphere so you have instant hit weapons which still resemble the chrono technology.
chrono transport technology should be also included (a naval chrono shifting unit would be cool; imagine a big-ass battleship chrono shifting into a little puddle right next to the enemy base )
Since they surely also found some information about the history and the used technology of all the factions, they should be also able to use some of Yuri's and Soviet's weaponry. (e.g. a chrono shifting battleship with mutating nuclear warheads )
The shield superweapon should be imo also enhanced so it works perfect for your faction (removed for the other factions or cloned using the old way with the powerdrain sideeffect), similar to the firestorm defense in TS which works for a certain period of time, but without the negative effect of the standard RA2 shield and with a bigger area effect.
Something interesting would be, if you could also include the time paradoxon sideeffect. Since they come from the future, actions in the past should have a negative or positive effect on this side. (what happens if the driver of your tank kills his grand,grand,grand... grandfather which works for the other faction)
For example you could try to create a unit which gains with every destroyed enemy unit a plus or minus to its hitpoints (could be maybe done with two particlesystems that last only a random duration and which either has -1 or +1 damage; or maybe with art.ini debris but i'm not sure if it's possible at all).

Also for a transport you could use a similar concept to what was the chrono-prison, transporting the units inside it into a pocket dimension or something similar. And if you give it a high enough tech level, giving it a chrono-weapon would be great too , you know something big like a battle fortress that doesn't act as a mobile bunker. QUICK_EDIT
The desert yellow reminds me too much of a bright GDI scheme. I'm still a fan of the reddish/pinkish scheme you used in the earliest images of this thread. Otherwise, the unit designs are all fantastic! QUICK_EDIT

but it wont work IG -.- in north or south facing the body looks in front of the wheel and the only way i know is to make body and wheel in one section ... but then it dont moves ... maybe when i become good in maya i make it as shp QUICK_EDIT
