Play on line?

i have some questions playing on line

1) where should i register to play? XWIS or GameSpy, wich is best? i plan on playing Yr and Renegade

2) i have 128 kbps Internet speed Sad

is that a problem?

For YR I reccomend XWIS, no-one really plays it anymore though, everyone sticks to RA2.

Well have a game or so on RA2 online and see how it goess, if it lags, then yes you've got a problem.

People do play it, although custom matches seem to be Tour of Egypt games that are total camp fests and Quickmatch tends to be brutal but yeah you'll find someone who plays it. Personally RA2 is a game that everyone plays Soviet, YR offers more variety but tradeoff is OP factions with massive advantages to said factions reflecting on the map, although Yuri's army will always have an advantage.

Cheaters also get caught more on RA2 rather than YR as YR has no recording tool to report, likewise there are more cheaters on YR.
