im trying to get to show up in game by useing Battlefortress code.

i found it. i forgot to put it in VehicleTypes
so how do i make it amphibious?

Be wary when using MovementZones. A mixed up Locomotor will override it when it comes to moving.

I tried a JumpJet loco to see if an APC would be drivable on the ground and kill off passengers inside. The JumpJet Loco overrode the MovementZone=Destroyer.

Hover and Fly locomotors are the same way.
