Can there be a different refinery to each of allied houses in YR?(British,French,Germans,Americans)And are there any AI issues?

In theory yes.

In practice.......tis complicated.

Mostly AI issues (AI buildings are controlled in rules[md].ini) and the fact of asking why you might be needing 15 different PROC-type buildings.

The AI issues is mainly getting that particular house to build it. AIBuildThis is only a singular (but guaranteed provided it's not explicitly forbidden e.g. TechLevel=-1) instance.

Not 15,just in my mod there are lots of factions and I wanted to make them different,so that they didnt have same buildings.

The refineries will all work fine as a human but the AI will have some issues since it's not hardwired to work with more than 2. Don't let the Slave Miner fool you, it's a hack on the old system.

Even Yuri's Army doesn't build refineries properly if you turn off Slave Miners.
