Hi,

Im trying to create a World War 2 Mod for RA2. I need to create World War 2 tanks and infantry but what program to use? I also need a tutorial on how create a new unit and adding it.

(Note: although this tutorial was written to Tiberian Sun, it also serves for Red Alert 2, since it uses .shp files for infantry, buildings, animations and icons from sidebar)
