nice too meet you all.
Now I have pretty much just started modding, creating SHP and Voxels.

It is okay, but looks like it was made in paint, or done in a better graphics editor in maybe 5 minutes. If you could take the time to make it less symmetrical, more 3d, and more realistic it would be great.

Obeliskoflight was a guy on TumSun and later on TibWeb who made very simple paint drawings and thought they would be awesome.

To be honest i thought you were him too, as you're using 2D graphics too. Even if yours are a bit better they still aren't suitable for ingame usage.
The perspective is wrong and the colors and animations are quite simple.

We'll I've followed a few tutorials what do you all suggest doing? I was thinking of using the 3d modaling programs.

yep, using a 3d-program can give you much better results because you can render in exact the same isometric view as the original buildings/units.

haha, that design is cool, it looks rather evil, and also reminds me alot about the Necron's #Tongue

Well, if it was made in MS Paint or GIMP, it's alright, but it isn't really good in terms of ingame.

I've used SHP Builder 3.36 to build the images. I've just downloaded gmax but not sure how to use it, just playing around with it at the minute. Any tutorials for Gmax? Also I'd like to see my tiberian oberlisk of light in a 3d sence, anyone willing to have a go? Very Happy

Any help will do, an remember everyone had to start somewhere, were all noobs at the start lol. So any help would be great and also sorry if I'm annoying you Smile
