I have some doubts about this program Confused
AFAIK its used to run dll as programs

1. a quick explanation of what it does , or what is it

2. The OS uses it? (so i can get rid of one more of my start up programs #Tongue )

It allows other applications to access DLLs so that they may run. It's a valid Windows service so leave it alone.

just go to control panel > programs > change startup programs.

you can disable/enable programs on startup there.
