I you really look at it, you're really saying "hi guys, make me a megaman mod!"
the idea with a modding team is when you have something to show for yourself, like some graphics or something done that will impress people and make them want to join. Well, I don't know how fucked up your internet or your PC / whatever device you use which has internet is, but the first 1000 (ok, maybe exaggerating a bit) hits are all relevant in (nearly) all cases, and don't cause pop ups or virusses. Actually, I've never seen 1 site which caused a virus. And I've been to more then a few million. Far more.
So, get a virus scanner or something, and tell us why your Google doesn't work, while ours do... _________________ ☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭

First off, swearing is unnecessary, people are trying to help and your snapping their heads off.
Secondly, Google is a very useful search engine as long as you use the right phrases and words, it's guessing what you want from what you say. Changing the filter to moderate will remove the unwelcome sites and trying different word combinations helps too, its a matter of luck.
However if you still don't like Google, then Yahoo is another search engine you can try.
As you can see from the images above, Google does work if you use it correctly. QUICK_EDIT
