@Aro: Exactly the problem. People need water to survive - on earth its pretty easy, we drink the naturally occurring stuff.
It isn't so simple on another planetoid's surface, if there isn't water you have two choices:
A- Synthesise your own. Hydrogen + Oxygen
B- Have some sent over. Use a big booster and fly over a jumbo sized tank of water.

A is easier, but not as easy as drinking the water which is already there.
1 cubic meter of water is one tonne, so launching water from the surface of earth to the surface of the moon is difficult, and impractical. Spacecraft need fuel economy too.

I was in one cave with small lake of completely still water, it looked like ground of that cave is little green, but nothing else - however there was optical deformation.
That small lake looked like it's half meter deep (2 feet), but it is 2.5 meter deep (6 feet).

You can find water where you don't expect, Moon case is similar and it's good news.
