is it possible to texture a voxel without psp?

is it possible to make a very nice texture for a voxel without usinf paint shop
pro? Or is there another device which is like psp but doesn't use much MB
because i only got 435MB

Absolutely, I used to use paint for voxelling for a long time before getting PSP:P Though looking back PSP makes the work far easier with far greater results.
