What is the difference between the flags BallisticScatter and HomingScatter? Is HomingScatter used when ROT is defined on the projectile (ROT>1)?

BallisticScatter: defines the scatter distance of inaccurate projectiles around the target point (e.g. artillery inaccuracy)

HomingScatter: defines the distance which (mainly infantry) units scatter, when they spotted an incoming missile. Works only if they have as veteran or elite ability SCATTER
Might also define the range which units go, if you give them the order to scatter.

\EDIT
just took a look in rules.ini and noticed that HomingScatter might be completely different as described above.
Though i doubt it works on homing projectiles as decribed, since inaccurate homing projectiles don't work.

I've never heard of that, I thought the units would always scatter to the adjacent cell Confused
