As topic

I tried to find the mod folder in the documents file.

I created a new one and run. But cannot load the mod at all.

Is there a way to run mods in uprising?

(P.S. I owned legal copies of both RA3 and RA3: Uprising)

Long answer: as long as EA hasn't released any modding tools or a mod SDK for Uprising, you can't use mods.
Short answer: no

If you have RA3 installed...you can use the mod manager/Replay Manager if you installed any mod...well, that's at least afaik

Not exactly. Mods with assets that didn't change in Uprising can be run with the -modConfig parameter.

But if they edit the AI then the AI will be unable to use the RA3: Uprising units, right?

I did a little fuzzy with the mod and stuff

I added the mod file lines to my uprising .SkuDef

placed the mod .big file in my data folder

used a comment shortcut with "-modconfig retarded1.big"

Played a skirmish match with the AI

I can't played the units

But two things happened

1) My teammate attacked me

2) Enemies got very aggresive even on super easy setting

Could u guys please help me fix this?

You can't do it so easily because the manifest version changed from RA3 to Uprising. You would have to edit the bin, imp, manifest and relo files to run the mod.

I will not explain it here because it is too complicated. And as I said, only small mods e.g. texture mods would be possible at the moment. So, C&C Retarded would never run on Uprising.
