Need an opinion

I was thinking for a campaign misson that I would create a trigger that after 1 sec the map would reveal itself. But I would also be using lighting triggers, the map would start off kinda dark then gradually get brighter, not too bright too quick. I don't need to know how, just what people think.

you talking about"real time" stuff, like map starts off just before the sun comes up then gradually turning to full daylight? Sounds cool if thats the case. It can be done.

Yeah, I know it can be done, but I was just wondering what people would think if after 1 sec you can kinda see the whole map instead of using a "spy satelite" to reveal all. As I was working on my map I was thinking about reveal around waypoints to not show all but a little outside the starting base area. Thanks for the feed back Crev

i think the last year's mapping comp had one of these,but i dont remmeber the name,it was an 8 player skirmish for ra2.

it was nice to play.

if you think it is a good idea why do you ask for opinion? if the mission benefits from the reveal do it, if not do it too #Tongue
