What Upgrades CAN Have:
* Superweapons (this will add to the structure's superweapons, not override them)
* Power output/drain
* Weapon (Note: Superweapons override weapons, so structures may not have both)
That's pretty much all you can do with upgrades, other special logics don't work. _________________
you can however give it a "Fake" power up using the upgrade to give it an extra animation or different appearance. But just a waste of time and effort IMO. QUICK_EDIT
how do weapon upgrades work? i tried giving them a new weapon and game crashed... so

The parent building must have Upgrades=x and the upgrade must have PowersUpBuilding=ORIGINALBUILDING and PowersUpToLevel=x where x is a number. Here's my codes:
I also made AIs build them by adding them to the SovietBaseDefenses list. Of course, this upgrade is special: for some act of a higher and omnipotent power, a miracle has made this upgrade fire its weapon without having to put down a Secondary. O_o QUICK_EDIT
