I happened to notice that PSP9 has an option for exporting things as Shapes (.shp) So If anybody out there is using PSP9 and have this function available, can ya tell me where to get the plugin or how to activate this option?, Please, Please, Please......

That export as shape option, is not meant to export files as the .shp files that C&C engines use. It's probably this, a ESRI Shapefile, or something similar.
Also a program wouldn't include a plugin's option greyed out, it wouldn't include it, as the amount of plugins is a lot, specially for programs like this, there's absolutely no way that they could include all the possible functions that may be added to the program.
Reasons to include options greyed out, are likely, you don't have the full version, or what you're trying to do is impossible, like exporting a non vector graphic, in a vector (which is what that shape filetype seems to be).

yea, I know there are several .shp file formats. I was just hoping that psp exported one of those formats that could be used via AutoDesk or Blender.
