Yea it would be cool.

What if I had a vehicle that could not move at all but hovered like the airship? If that work's can i have building's/unit's unlocked when it's built?

Have a tall building and give it armor that nothing else uses. After this give each anti-aircraft weapon a secondary weapon that is AG and only attacks that one armor type. Should also be noted that all warheads must be edited to be 0% against the building's armor. It will look ztyping odd when being attack though because they will shoot the ground beneath the building.

Can the .SHP bulding look like it's floating? Add a shadow on the ground instead?

That's what I meant when I said "tall" for the most part, didn't really get into specifics because I was tired when I posted. but you still have the two problems of an out of place shadow and units shooting the ground underneath the building.

Apex i like your idea but instead what if i took a SHP that already exist and cut/paste it to a correct height. and when it come's the time I could make or get a new one. also what if I want it on water would i use Waterbound=yes?
