I want to learn to make mods for TS but have no experience.
Could somebody give me some good programs and some handy tips

Firstly... If u wanna make any mod....go and observed some of the TS Files so you can get similar with it example see for yourself how TS works from their .ini files like RULES.ini you can change the rules. But becareful you dont wanna make your TS fail Laughing

..... When i started my own first mod...i tried to look their rules and messed with them and changing units names lol.... and then using XCC Utilites to extract .shp which is a type of file like a pic but is packed inside .mix files...you can get the XCC Utilities here :

Then you can get the SHP Builder to change your units pics....
There is alot kinds of things you can edit from XCC Utilites....go try yourself..... Rolling Eyes
