So...universities and faculties...

Well,seeing that there's is absolutely no section in Romania's best informatics university for coding stuff or graphical design(in best case you go to a pretty bad one where you have to pass via the skill you can do on paper,not on computer.)

I'm not trying to ask for someone to insert information in my head in exchange for money,I'm curious 'cause I'm not willing to continue my life here.People say I'm nuts,but its them who are too soft for me.

It would be wonderful if these universities would be in Europe/US/Canada.I can speak German,but Germany is a tad too....well,nice country,but no thanks.Been in Austria and saw enough cynicism. xD

yeah we've got RIT in Rochester. Great college but you'll have to sell your arms and legs.
Got an extra room if you want to move in, it's $450 USD per month for rent.

I don't mean campuses with people specialized only on graphics.I'm asking for those who went/go to universities were there are such specializations and I could go and learn.

Well if you're interested in finding out about good British universities then have a look at the Times University Rankings, it's a good starting place.

If I were you I'd check into the Foreign Exchange student program, basically you could come live here (USA) and go to school for free, and we have some of the best computer schools out there.
