strange i tested it yesterday on a 6 player skirmish map set to Surface.Composite.Memory=VRAM and got a major laaag after 10 min,saved the game set to Surface.Composite.Memory=System no lags

oh more, i am remaking the nuke explo top part done but i maight have to kill the smoke because its too blury and the white house is messing the smoke since its explo anim has the same smoke

The nuke anim looks blurry. Embarassed

And this looks like Prime's work, even though his cloning vats is the Yuri recolor one from YrArg and the Refinery is the one from PixelOps.

the yuri radar completely mine on made photoshop
the refinery except the shadow kinda mine,the war factory kinda mine,the active anim of refinery mine,
the colon vats mine,radar mine,battlelab barracks tesla coil prime's but i have made the buildup for battlelab, i have my one vers of the coil
o and the cameo of the battlelab is different because i have that one to, the conyard completely mine
for the battlelab still have to do the shadow

The conyard is just the destroy anim, like the Statue of Liberty, all buildings used to have one. The RA1 A-Bomb Silo is probably left over, I know it is in the TS mixes along with the gap generator and camo pillboxes, all out of pallete I believe.

Third off, remove that battle lab at once. I made it, I never finished, I never released it. Please don't plagiarize my work. You may use it if you get my permission - but only then. Talk to me! :p

Fourth off, if you'd like you can have everything I've done. Including almost every frame for that nuke explosion.


Provided you put it to good use.

I fixed the corrupted sov1u map(Pre-Release first soviet mission that was left in the MIX) It is done, except some errors. Speaking or errors I can't get it to work correctly ingame I may need someone to help me with that. If you have X-Fire add me 1bosam1 is my account.

The beta lab in the screenshot posted by tomsons26lv does not match Prime's posted lab. The antennas are different and unless it's the ingame lighting, the version posted by tomsons26lv has a different shade of bluish-gray than the temperate and snow versions posted by Prime. As far as I can tell, tomsons26lv is using the publically released one from YR Argentina or the fixed version posted in the voxel/shp forums on Revora.

By the way, there's a graphical error on the one in tomsons26lv's screenshot. I noticed the error when looking at the publically released version in shp builder. There's a whitish area between the top two tower-like sections where whomever made the shp forgot to remove the snow when cutting the structure out of a screenshot. In Prime's, there is the proper gap (blue background) between the towers.


EDIT: Nevermind. I was looking at the older screenshot he posted. That newer one does indeed have Prime's battle lab.

Uhm, excuse me, I put a lot of time and effort into making the temperate and damage frames myself. Screenshots of those do not exist out there...

I told him I would give him permission if he asked, but he has not asked to use them.

Yes, his snow version might not be mine, but the temperate version is indeed. And his antennas are different because they're remapped.

I posted many pictures of my progress on it on Sleipnirstuff, uncompressed. He may have made his own buildup but it was all derived from the progress shots I posted, as shown above.

Am I honestly the only person who thinks that the Pre-release Soviet battle lab looks ugly and ridiculous? It just doesn't fit with any other soviet material, hence why it was probably scrapped in the first place. As for the whole "Does Brian own a copy of the Red Alert 2 Beta?", I can honestly say I don't give a sh*t.

I'll give it to those who I think can use it best. But if it's on some public site, a bunch of little newbie modders will shove it in their mod and take it way out of context.

I don't want to see my nuke explosion recolored purple and called "SUPER BIG BIO GAS BOMB."

That'd absolutely break my heart. :p

It's public the moment you post screenshots.

And it violates the moment those screenshots contain the unauthorized use of unpublished work by others.

As I said, if you gain my permission you can use as much of my stuff as you want. But until then, nothing that I have not published.
