I downloaded some isometric graphics from other sites. They are easy to convert but they have no shadow.
I do know how to create shadow in photoshop, but I want ra2-style shadow.
If I can create a proper shadow for one frame, the rest of the layers will not be a problem(it is possible to clone, record actions).

So my question: any idea on how to create ra2 style shadow in photoshop?

There are many ways to do what you want, it really depends on what you are working with & your skill level.

Are you converting units, infantry or buildings & how big/complex is it? A simple infantry just needs a back blob under it but huge mech would need a lot more work...

So I made this shadow in photoshop

Is it good? How is it compared with shadow made in renders?

I think it's good, however, the shadow could be tilted more towards NE, and some shadow frames are "jumping", i. e. off of their position.
