The new Windows 7 that I installed into my computer is not compatible to my audio. Should I reinstall the motherboard from the CD? By the way I'm using:

ASUS P5L-MX Motherboard
OctaCore 9 Gb RAM
300Gb hard disk storage (I guess it's not that important?)

9 Gigs wtf? Are you running 64 bit?

I'm guessing you have a built in sound card on your mobo, what I would do is this:

Pop in the CD

Wait for the window to open

Close the window, Win7 should ask if you wanna reinstall with recommended settings, say yes.

Once the window opens up again, try installing it again.

Restart PC

I'm pretty sure your motherboard, like the rest of the sane people on this forum, is pissed at you for trolling PPM so much, so it decided to rebel.

to correct this, search for "ASUS P5L-MX Sound Drivers for Windows 7" in google, and you shall find your answer.

I wonder why he's still to fulfil the criteria of getting banhammer'd.
