WWIII is coming
China’s strident tone raises concerns in West
Calling in U.S. Ambassador Jon Huntsman on Saturday, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister He Yafei said the United States would be responsible for "serious repercussions" if it did not reverse the decision to sell Taiwan $6.4 billion worth of helicopters, Patriot Advanced Capability-3 missiles, minesweepers and communications gear. The reaction came even though China has known for months about the planned deal, U.S. officials said.
Due to all the recent activity with numerous nations, the acusations, and the way everything is unfolding, I have to say WWIII is closer than you may believe. Get prepared cause it's coming! _________________

I needn't worry too much about China winning a World War 3. Their only real advantage is population. They are an inexperienced army, a piss poor navy, an immobile air force, and have insufficient nuclear delivery systems to overwhelm US Missile Defense for the foreseeable future. QUICK_EDIT
The USA needs to mind it's own business and not get involved, they have already caused enough trouble with the iraq and afghanistan occupation in their holy quest for mammon! QUICK_EDIT

WW3 is a serious discussion and topic, I'd doubt with all the troubles currently happening, the doubt US would want anymore. China on the other hand, the US is an important figure for their trade and economy, so it wouldn't be a good move to suddenly start a war with them...sure their numbers can overwhlem just about anyone, but that won't help if your up against an army full of high tech weaponry...that's so satellite reliant... _________________ Please, I DON'T read the signature rules of the forum. @inzane krazy- I understand the situation with china, I'm refering to the smaller countries that are just icthing to blow some crap up. And the way we are sticking our noses into almost every countries dwelling, It's starting to really tick some people off over ther in the MidEast world. Somethings gonna happen, If I had to bet on it, I'd say Iran will be the one to start it off.

I SERIOUSLY doubt that WW3 will come for the following reasons:
1.Its still Cold War,no matter what the ztype you think.
2.Spheres of influence exist(Yes,don't tell me that Belarus isn't close to Russia)
3.Elections are not free everywhere
4.Politicians have their own interests.Heard about Lukoil in Iraq?Isn't that too weird?Some good years of American occupation and suddenly the Russians come and take oil?What the ztype?I bet that they had a little deal of their own... QUICK_EDIT

Reality Check! There will be no GLA. Especially since A) the area of Kazakhstan is not exactly Arab-influenced much, B) their cause is so vaguely defined it could mean anything from Soviet Russia to PETA, and C) it's a stupid idea.
Contrary to what Generals will tell you, you do not beat technologically advanced armies like the US by sending hundreds of many decades old tanks at your enemy. In reality 1 Abrams could take on as many Scorpions as it had ammunition. A dozen would steamroll over anything the GLA has. QUICK_EDIT

But have you ever heard about Shanghai Cooperation Organization?
India could traditionally stay neutral in this, but the rest could be drawn into the mess against NATO (and Latin America and Middle East would be in similar situation).
On the other hand, China and USSR were involved in many conflicts during Cold War without WWIII getting started. This is the most possible scenario in case of Taiwan conflict:
USA would support Taiwan, but it would be only China against Taiwan, nobody else really involved - why destroy all the bussiness? _________________

Dude, you do know that was just a joke, right? I myself don't believe some organization like the GLA would rise up and stop two countries from blowing each other up (although that would be good).
