Has any one tried to make more plans for the strategy centre, if so, did you have any luck?

Battle Plan
Search and Destroy
Hold the Line

I would like to make a plan that increases all vehicles speed by 10 percent.


I have been having trouble with the following for a while now:

Is there away to have it so, when one building is purchasing an upgrade, all the other buildings (of the same type) are purchasing the upgrade?

So if for example, the air field is destroyed halfway through buying commanche rocket pods, it would not lose the progress because it will also by upgrading at another air field (if you have a second one).

eh.. To make a new battle plan is simple.. just make an upgrade that will do what you want.. and apply to vehicles that will use it.. >.>..

As for the upgrading thing.. I dont think that is possible.. >.>
