Inspired by OmegaBolts billboards I decided to replace all the default billboards in the game since they look like crap. Here's a preview of all the boards and their damaged versions:

Here's the naming I've used for all the boards, should help make out whats displayed on each one. Starting from top left:

- Eat at Rade's Roadhouse
- Drink YEO-CA Cola!
- Visit Scenic Las Vegas
- Kaspm's Tiberium Warhouse
- Join the Brotherhood to fight global oppression
- TacticX games rock!
- Kane lives
- Only 11 miles to Zydeko's cafe!
- Pannullo's hacienda es bueno
- Hewitt Hair Salon
- Billy Bob's Harvester school
- Joe's Guns - 50% off proton blasters

If you look at the file naming convention you'll notice some numbers missing. That's because I used some of the boards from these two threads for them:

Boards 02, 07, 09, 13 and 15 need to have the line
Code:
TerrainPalette=false

set in art.ini to display them in correct colors.

Very nice! I like them a lot, great replacements.

BTW if theyre not in the terrain palette then they won't get coloured properly by map lighting.

Unfortunately the isotem.pal would display the boards with TerrainPalette=false pretty badly, it doesn't really have red color in it and certain other ones. What do you mean by the map lightning thing, how would it affect them? I tested to see the boards ingame and they looked "normal". Then again I have no idea what the map lightning is supposed to do to them.

Buildings using the unittem palette will only get effected by the ambient lighting, so making them darker/lighter whereas anything using isotem/sno will get coloured perfectly. So if the map has red dark lighting the isotem/sno buildings will get coloured just that, while the unittem buildings might seem to "glow" and stand out.

Propably the sole reason why WW billboards "looked like crap". Good replacements nontheless, apart from some red pixels on Kane's face and other stuff.

They all look really nice, though i must admit that without reading the messages, i wasn't able to recognize what they show for most of the billboards. (But i don't think that's a bit issue as it even makes them more interesting if you actually have to read the name and then recognize what they show)
