Huhnu Alert 3 is overhaul mod for Red Alert 3 that plans to revamp the protocol trees, add all Uprising Units(credits to bibber and Zocom7), add 3 faction specific epic units, a Tier 4 tech(right now done by buildings, but I plan to TRY to go along with how the Empire and Allies do it[Soviets already have theirs]), and tries to make units seem more valuable by making gaining veterancy levels harder, but once met more powerful.

Here is an incomplete changelog(there is more stuff in game)
>Things to come:
- Classic Ore System(confirmed for first release, need mapper to help me out though)
- Tech Tier 4 system to fit the Empire and Allies instead of just a building(clearance upgrade and another per structure upgrade)
>Global Changes:
-All Uprising units added(including Soviet Scientist)
-Ore Nodes twice as fast and ore miners have doubled speed. This results in gathering 1000 resources in the time you'd get 250 normally.
-Ore Nodes now give 75 when depleted now. Was 60.
-Starting money changed, now starts at 5000 and goes to 25000 in 2500 intervals.
-Oil derricks provide a 1000 credit capture bonus and 50 credits every 4 seconds.
-Two veterancy levels added. Now goes Rankless -> Veteran -> Elite -> Heroic -> Major -> General.
-Veteran Status grants 25% more damage, 10% faster rate of fire, 15% more health, and 10% more range.
-Elite Status grants 25% more health, 15% more speed, 25% farther vision/shroud clearing, and 15% more range.
-Heroic Status grants 25% more vision/shroud clearing, 20% more rate of fire, immune to bribe, immune to bark/roar, 3 times harder to suppress, and 25% more damage.
-Major Status grants 10% more speed, 25% better armor, 50% more damage, and 50% more health.
-General Status grants the unit with innate stealth when not firing.
-Fighter physics for all fighter aircraft.
-All infantry are amphibious now.
-All Advanced Defenses are now Anti-Air.
>Epic Units(in progress):
-Harbinger:
--Larger circle around the target(450) and a longer range(450).
--Chain Gun now has unlimited ammo but has a slightly longer time in between bullets(one bullet fired anywhere from .25 seconds to .5 seconds).
--Proton Guns fire 2 shots every 2 to 6 seconds. Does 200 damage per shot with a blast radius of 25. Does half damage to infantry.
--Moves 25% slower(was 120, now its 90).
-Tesla Tank:
--Now is amphibious.
--Now fires a burst of 4 shots instead of 2.
-Emperor King Oni:
--Now is amphibious.
>Ore Fields:
-Soviet Miners gather 1000 ore and moves the normal speed collectors did in RA3(which is 50)
-Allied Miners gather 500 ore and moves twice the normal speed(100)
-Japan Miners gather 750 ore and moves 75(in between the other two)
>Allied Changes:
-Prospector deploy halved. Now is 15 seconds.
-Apollos do 35 damage per bullet. Was 20.
-Pacifier has a wider miss radius(30 to 60), lower clip size(5 to 4), lower range(740 to 650), and lower damage(150 to 125), but has a bit larger splash damage(40 to 50) and faster ROF to compensate.
-Science Lab is the Tier 4 structure.
-Harbinger Gunship is the Allied epic unit.
-Multigunner Turret now has 1000 health.
-Spectrum Tower now has 1500 health.
>Empire of the Rising Sun Changes:
-Imperial Warrior cost increased to 200 credits.
-Robotics Lab is the Tier 4 structure
-Emperor King Oni is the Imperial epic unit.
-Defender VX now has 1000 health.
-Wave Force Tower now has 1500 health.
-Honorable Discharge does GUN damage now, so it is still effective but not like it used to be with EXPLOSIVE.
>Soviet Changes:
-Natasha's Badger Bombing Run takes 1.5 second less(1 second off of approach time, and half a second off of the initial delay).
-Soviet Advanced Power Plants generate 500 power again.
-Bullfrogs do 50 damage. Was 25.
-ConYard can build bunkers.
-The engineer bunker, to keep it from being redundant, can hold 10 infantry instead of the usual 5.
-MiGs do 120 damage. Was 95.
-Surveyors can be built from the ConYard now, as well as the War Factory and Naval Yard.
-Outposts all have one repair drone.
-Apocalypse Tank scaled up 25%, now roughly the same size as the Soviet MCV.
-Tesla Tank Prototype is the Soviet epic unit.
-Kremlin replaced by the VIP Bunker as the Soviet Tier 4 structure(makes more sense).
-Sentry Guns now have 625 health.
-Flak Cannons now have 1000 health.
-Tesla Coils now have 2000 health.
(You are going to need to go to the ModDB to see the upgrade trees, PPM won't show it correctly for some reason)
