I have explored C&C4 BIG files

As the title says and all I can say is... THEY SUCK!!! It looks like EA has done something to prevent any kind of private server hosting.

why would you need private servers when you have EA?

I need private servers so I don't have to use Dial-up all the time I just want to beat all the missions and be done with it.

yeah, apparently it's something that emulates the server system on your own PC... makes C&C4 happy, so it plays. Didn't try it myself though.

It's not illegal if you crack the game when you have bought it but if it's downloaded together with the full game, then it;s considered piracy.

Depends on country.. In the US it is illegal, iirc.
Here in NZ, and some other countries, what you say is true.

the EULA says you're not allowed to modify the files or use modified files for it, or something like that. So it's technically still illegal.
