I am looking for some textures, walls, brick, metal. I have found a bunch, but when I apply them to my 3d models they are way too big. I have made several attempts to resize and what not, but every has not worked. Looking for someone who has made some models with good looking textues. A site would be helpful, thanks.......BTW, I have googled and like I said nothing I have found nothing that works...

Thanks, I'll check these 2 sites out, hopefully I can find something to use for my new base buildings, plus new civilian buildings.

The bigger and more detailed the textures the better.
You don't have to change the textures size but make good usage of UVW mapping. Wink

Absolutely, the Bigger the Better! Usually the bigger images are the ones with the most detail. and as LKO said UVW is the way to go. Sometimes you can unstretch the image, with the image properties but only if the image is large enough so it dosent tile on you, though this process is not recommended.

I'll bundle up some more textures for you in a bit. I have some really awsome detailed brick and cement textures w/bump maps.

I'm gonna have to send them to you via messenger, the file is to large for here.

It's a shame that CGTextures applied that limit to downloading textures.
