Hmmm, shouldnt matter if it's new terrain or not. Have you run your map with the game to make sure everything appears correctly and without any IE's.
As long as you have everything in the proper places, .mix files, .ini's, ect it should render just fine.

The map I was trying to render is a map that only has my new terrain pieces and it runs fine. I tested it by playing it.

Laughing you jinks me, now I have the same problem, seems it wants to crash at the loading tiles function. Confused Mother snuffer, and I cant find a solution either!

of course I'm accessing my home com via Remote Connection, but I dont see how that would affect anything.

LOL...sorry....there is a line that shows....OVERRIDING RULES. is it overriding the game rules or the rules out in the open ra2 folder. I had an issue with loading countries. I added Finland, Norway, Sweden, Australia, Greece and Canada. but I managed to fix that part

This program has worked fine for me in the past, I dont think I'm doing anything different then before, but it just refuses to work with any map that has custom terrain on it now. I cant figure it out either, so to hell with it.

the only problem is that my map has new terrain tiles that i haven't released yet, i don't know if this problem can be solved yet. all tiles show up and work fine for my map when its played. Thats why i posted up the problem maybe someone had a solution or a suggestion.
