Pre-Soviet Sidebar [Release]

Here's version two of my prerelease soviet sidebar. If I remember what the old one was like, a lot has changed since the last version, and I revamped the buttons a bit. (:

The power bar is my only complaint. It's the only bad part about this.

The powerbar is fine, imo. It doesn't need to take up much space.

It looks stupid using the existing power meter with the prerelease sidebar style. It looks out of place and squashed. It needs a new style, one that fits the size of the area for it.

It's about aesthetics. The way it is, it's not all that appealing. The power bar is the main reason I stopped using this particular sidebar.

I dunno what you call this thing but it's just plain.

You could add something like wires.

Eh, most people don't keep it closed anyways. I was just copying what westwood had originally as best I could with the limited palette... I didn't exactly innovate on this thing. :p

The power bar is how it originally was - it works fine, and there's not really a better way to do it. If I knew a better way I'd do a better way.

Besides from the new scroll arrows I don't see any difference?

It could (still) do with a good clean & sharpen IMO, a lot of the detailing is blurry. Seeing as it was made from a bunch of old jpg images tho I don't blame ya, you did the best with what you had.
