I'm trying to figure what I have to do to get the 3dmax-->.SHP in game.
I don't know how I should have the remaps done.

The remaps in the image is the blue box on top of the other blue box. I know it must be set to red, but it always turns out like that, where it has no defined shape to it.
Bad choice of color for testing, I know.

How should the remap material be setup in max? or do I have to manually do it in Photoshop or the SHP Builder?

Right now thats the only problem, the rest I've figured out so its sloppy.

Ah, thanks. I read through that thread earlier, must've missed that part.

Edit: Okay, new problem.
I know why the mouth area changes.
How do I stop the loss of color in the brown part?

Laughing I see your trying to make Joshy's CatBurger.

anyway, it seems your saving and or using the TS palette instead of the RA2 one. Also one of the rows of Browns in the TS palette appear pink ingame for what ever reason I dont know it just does. But try resaving it with one of the RA2 Unit. palettes

Thats because shp builder is stubborn like that, once you save the project with a palette, it's almost imposible to get to resave using another palette. So to change it you'll have to redo it.

I got it figured, the 3d max material was messed up. I saved the palettes brown colors wrong. It was using colors that weren't in the palette.
