Cost: 1400
Prerequisite: Warfactory, tech center
Role: Hit and run, medium range support
Strengths: Fast and mobile, good range, high damage against everything
Weaknesses: Poor armor, needs to deploy to fire

Hover Lancers were designed to allow GDI commanders to quickly move out to the field and take over strategic areas. These fast hover units are armed with powerful railguns that are effective against any target. However due to its light weight and heavy weapon, the unit needs to deploy its magnetic locking system before it can fire the railgun. This deploying process makes the unit less effective as an attacking unit. Once deployed, the railgun can be fired at long ranges. Unlike most other GDI vehicles, Hover Lancers have weak armor. GDI commanders are recommended to always back these units with other type of units, as their weak armor and high price make them attractive targets for the enemy. When commanding multiple Hover Lancers at the same time, care needs to be taken since their railgun shots will damage both friendlies and enemies in their path.

You may wish to tone down the detail on the voxel, it's very messy looking ingame.
