Subject description: A voxel which has gone through a number of complete revisions.

This voxel, which started off life as a Tiberium Wars style Predator tank, soon proved too tall for its original task. It was after this that it entered a mid-life crisis, becoming fairly largely remappable in the process. It was eventually given a repaint (and an overhaul of its turret and body) in kind with my recent forays into Dawn of War, but because of its size saw very little service.

Without further chatter, the Ultramarine Predator can make an appearance:

It looks chubby. Kind of like one of those soft toys.

Hehe, yeah, I noticed that when I went ingame with it - I'll probably fix it up in the near future, since I know exactly how to renovate it (I painted the normals by hand initially, you see, and so I probably should go back and do the edges).
And no, there are interior structures there which probably shouldn't be...

But hey, I'm happy to have put my holiday to good use #Tongue

... it's the TFD poster concept tank made out of lego, you know, it bearing a striking resemblance to a predator and all...

Wait, what? No it's not.

Or then it only vaguely reminds the Tiberium Predator.

It has a gun turret with an asymmetrically mounted cannon and a load of sensor-y stuff on the other side, the weird hull layout and a few other quirks of the design. In hndsight maybe it isn't exactly that but there's certainly a lot of common ground.

This chassis of the Predator is pretty sweet!

Nice work, Orac!
