Damn that looks really good. I suggest you make it so the horns are not a flat image on the hood but actual horns. Overall it is really good. Keep going. Your doing some really good voxels. :^)

P.S. I love the flames on the side.

QUICKEDIT: It doesn't look that good ingame. Sorry.

Looks fine, not great, but pretty good. Though green is like ehh when used a lot.

Could use some better shading, as well as more defined lines between things such as the windshield and the grill in the front.

I suggest you change the color of the bed of the body to a gray-ish color. As stated above, the horns being flat isn't too appealing either.

Overall, it looks pretty good.

the bottom of the "bucket" on the back needs to be a darker green by 3 shades

Modified as per suggestions..

1) Horns on front now 3D

2) Changed apperance of windscreen and included darker line for frame.

3) Darkened background between front grill and headlights.

4) Changed floor of tray to dark grey.

5) Added more shading to inside of tray walls.

6) Changed colour of name from gradient silver to gradient Remap.


There are a few other minor tweeks here and there like moving the exhaust stacks back 1 voxel so they no longer merge into the rear of the cab.

As for it being "Green", the choice of colours was greatly reduced due to the flames. Flames didn't stand out or as look good on Yellow, Orange or Red bodies so that left Blue ( Which is used for the windows ) or the colours normally used for combat vehicles.

I have updated both previews and the Zip File.

P.S.

Before anyone mentions it... yes.. Surprised I know the "tread" on the rear tyres is going in the wrong direction but I decided as it was unnoticable once reduced in-game I wasn't going to spend 2 hours correcting it. Wink

That looks a lot better. I'd still recommend some variation in the shading, but those minor changes you made did improve it a lot.

It looks so... GOOD. That looks a lot better than the first. I can't see why it would need improvement unless your fixing the back tires. Like you said its unnoticeable ingame.
